My second terrible experience with food panda. I ordered Chinese takeout from Dragon City day before yesterday. The food arrived 1 hour and 35 minutes later - the portions were terrible, the hot n sour soup was nice but cold and got watery upon warming up. The chicken corn soup was clumpy and horrible - I could tell immediately it had been defrosted. Rice was dry, chowmein was oily and has a bad oil smell/taste! Fish in garlic sauce was comparatively nicer but bland. The Food Panda guys simply stated there was nothing they could do as Dragon City has their own riders and the restaurant manager said his order had gone home (at 1020pm) so the food panda manager told me he would send his own order with fresh soup and rice and to collect the rest of the food. Surprise surprise - his subordinate called me after another hour and ten minutes to tell me all over again that dragon citys rider had gone home and their riders never came to work because of the current road fiasco. all in all it was food worth Rs. 4300 chucked in the bin and a stressful three hours!
