My sister Patty came home from the Hospital yesterday and is feeling well. She had 3 rounds of Chemo and hydrated to protect her kidneys. She needs to have Radiation and more chemo. The doctor says that there is no sign of Metastasis and that she has a chance of a 50% cure rate since the cancer is localized to the Hilar area of the right lung. Due to the location in right lung it is inoperable. She has to quit smoking and cannot be around smoking. We still need your prayers for a good outcome and to help her quit smoking. This has been a very scary episode for her. We have tried for years to get her to quit smoking as I saw the way our father died from lung cancer and others in our family. It is such a horrible way to die and there is no way to help them but watch them suffer. Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts.
