My son, Nathan, broke his arm late Friday afternoon in Asheville while skateboarding. We spent about 6 hrs in the VERY busy ER at Mission. At about 1 a.m. we dropped off his prescription for pain medicine at Walgreens in Arden and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I told them I would pick it up in the morning. I came back at noon and was told it was not ready yet. No one was in the pharmacy. I walked around the store then sat down to wait. After an HOUR I got in the HUGE line to ask how much longer because my son was in the car IN PAIN, and wow - she pulled the prescription ready to go out from under the counter. I was too angry to speak so now I am sharing with everyone I know! I will be going to CVS from now on!
