My son decided to attend his Prom at pretty close to the last minute. Of course, my husband was scheduled to be out of town and not having enough notice, I was unable to get time off from work. I did not feel comfortable with my new teen driver taking passengers from Castle Rock to downtown Denver and back and so contacted a few limo companies, just looking for a nice car to provide safe transport to their party of 4 teens. I found out that Prom season means high demand and low customer service. None of the other companies would agree to anything less than a full sized limo which was much more than we could afford or needed. Then we found Southwest Limo!! The gentleman we worked with, Ray, was not only professional and helpful, he completely worked with us to help get what we needed without breaking the bank. His communications throughout the entire process were reassuring (one less thing I had to confirm because he confirmed with ME!). The Lincoln Town Car they sent was very classy, very clean and was not more than we needed - it was perfect. The driver was upbeat, friendly and on time (per the parents of my sons date that evening and the teens own reports the next day). My daughter is a senior next year and when Prom rolls around I know precisely who well be using again - Southwest Limo! And if this review sounds too good to be true, its because this company understands and delivers excellent customer service. And Im picky! Now Im going to put this same review on Tripadvisor, of which I am a Sr. Contributor. Why? Because when you find exceptional, you let people know! Its what were all looking for, isnt it?
