My spirits are a little down today. For those of you who dont know...I have two mechanical heart valves that were put in ten years ago. Before you get all worried, Im FINE, but heres the deal. I have to take a blood thinner on a daily basis. This usually isnt a problem. However, if I happen to get a nosebleed, its not so good. I hadnt had one for about two and a half years until last night. To make a long story short...I drove myself to the ER at 2:00 AM and got home at 4:30 AM. They got it to stop without packing it, thank God! I didnt get to sleep until 6:00 this morning. Ive been sleeping in little bits here and there. When this happens, (nosebleed, lack of sleep) it really does a number on my mental well being as well. Ill be OK, but I really appreciate a little prayer or two. Thanks!
