My theatre company Knuckle and Joint are looking for a puppeteer. So thought this might be a good place to start! Drop me an email if your interested. CALL FOR PUPPETEERS/PHYSICAL PERFORMERS/CLOWNS Knuckle and Joint Theatre Company are looking for a performer to puppeteer a giant bird for their new production Save the Lyma Birds! . The project is an outdoor production that will be based in Canterbury, performances taking place in Medway as part of Fuse Medway Festival. The performance is fun, silly and will involve lots of improvisation and clowning with the puppets. The fee for the project is £320 inclusive of expenses. There is an opportunity to work with the company and project next summer in a more extensive tour. Dates: April: Fri 18th – Workshop audition taking place in Canterbury. May: Mon 12th – Rehearsals Tues 13th – Rehearsals June: Thu 12th - Rehearsals Fri 13th – Performance Sat 14th – Performance Sun 15th - Performance You must be available for all dates. Puppetry and clowning experience is not required but desired. You must be physically fit, as the project will be taking place outside for a number of hours.
