My thoughts on business, Ive been in business since 1991, and quite frankly Im a better consumer than I am businessman, so my perspective comes from both ends of the spectrum, what I can say is, there are millions of people out there right now that are dying spend money on something or service that you have to offer, once you realize that aspect of the marketplace then the world is yours, what you need to do is bring something 2 people, what do people want? The answers is clear in my world, what do I want? that is the true question , I focus my business model around me! what does a 40 something year old man want, its a super simple aproach, i give them what i want in a big way , and they are dying for what I have to offer , my goal is to give them things that they didnt even know they wanted, so when they leave my shop they think holy shit! this is what i have been missing my whole life!!! Ok here is where my modesty ends and my ego takes over , nobody does what I do better then I do , men have been neglected for way too long suffering at the hands of crappy barbers , or having to go to a salon , nothing wrong with salons I owned one for 15 years, but the truth is, most stylists are not experts at mens hair cutting, if you want to be successful you need to be the best at what you do, and believe it in ur blood and guts!!!! and you dont compromise shyt! And always remember this, theres always someone out there ready to take your place, so you work your ass off, eat your competition from the inside out! You need to be thick skinned! no feelings! and if you want a friend get a dog! You must have ferocious tenacity! Im a great guy to my clients, but when it comes to my competition I am a medieval bastard, how do I look at competition? the world is too small for both of us and they need to understand that its not cut out for everyone better luck next time, pack yer shit and hit the road dummy.
