My tomorrow :) Day 2: 8/20/13 2150 calorie Day Back/Bis Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs, 1 slice Ezekiel toast, 1 papaya Snack1: protein shake & 1/2 grapefruit Lunch: 4-6 oz grilled chicken thighs, 1/2 bag salad mix, 1/2 avocado, 1 srv brown rice Snack 2: 1 pouch tuna w/ mustard, 1/2 bag salad mix, 1/2 oz almonds Dinner: 6oz baked chicken thighs, 1 c broccoli w/ EVOO and garlic, 1 serving couscous Snack 3: 2 hard boiled eggs and sliced cucumbers in vinegar 30 mins cardio in am JE back/ bi in pm
