My wife, Rhonda, & I went yesterday to see the movie. It was very good. After reading a review from one of Christianity Todays reviewer, I wasnt certain about it before going. The reviewer said that it wasnt a Christian movie because it did not have much about Jesus in it. I disagree with that reviewer & agree with some of the others on here reviewing it. It had Jesus in it and did present the gospel in such a way that wasnt over the top. I did like the original with Kirk Cameron because it throughout the movie presented the Gospel. I feel that this movie will appeal to more non-believers and that it can be used as a witnessing tool to present the truth about the Rapture & the Good News. We laughed, we cried and we cheered and we prayed with the actors. Chloe & Ray at the end of the movie came to realize that Irene was right all along and not wacko for trusting in Jesus and that she and the others had been caught-up (raptured) to heaven. Go see this movie and take your family and friends and then talk about it. I recommend it.
