My wife and I are Singapore PR. We have been here for a few years and intend to buy a HDB resale flat. HDB resale flats are not cheap. The one we are looking at in Jurong West is priced at least S$300,000. Once we buy the flat, the Singapore couples will also benefit from the high price they sell to us. I read on TRS that many Singapore people are asking the government not to allow PRs to buy HDB flats. Where do we stay then?
