My workout yesterday was intense and painful (in the good way?) 10 Backward Lunges (each side) 10 body weight squats, 10 sphinx raises, 10 pushups, 10 vertical jumps, 10 burpees, 10 Russian twists (each side) 10 vertical raises and then repeat 10X for time. After 40 minutes you’re done. I got halfway through the 9th round when I hit 40 minutes. 80 burpees kicked my butt! I HATE burpees, but lets be honest, nobody likes burpees.
