N-WORD: During a school professional development meeting about reading strategy and vocabulary for 3rd through 5th graders, a new booklet was revealed that explicitly lists the N-word in full throughout its pages. Some are saying the N-word should never be used, especially for children that young of age. The principle of the school responded that the booklet is meant to educate students on civil rights, and not meant to offend anyone. What do you think?
