Our offer is Basic Salary : basic gross payment will be L.E. 1900 monthly to be reviewed in accordance with the company salary policy. Medical Insurance: You will participate in the company sponsored Medical Insurance Program, details of which will be provided to you separately whenever it starts. Transportation: • During the first period (6 months), you will get transportation allowance of L.E.600 monthly. • After the first 6 months (providing that you achieved at least one quarter plan), you will be entitled for a car loan based on 5 years installments. • 10% of total car value will be deducted as monthly installment from your salary To be monitored All the above package on monthly bases and if not achieve during the first 3 month, to be reviewed. . Vacation: • After the probation period, your vacation entitlement will be in accordance to Egypt Labor Law. General Terms: • The terms and conditions of your employment will be governed by Egyptian Law and company regulations. • Official resignation requested with a notice period not less than one month. • In case of departing the company before one year of service, you are responsible to partially compensate the company for any training fees provided at start of employment. • The company retains the right to review and modify as necessary the structure and funding of the plan.
