Rogers DATE: 5/26/2014 TIME: 1940 LOCATION: 53 PUBLIC SQ PERSONS INVOLVED: Arrested - Andrew Hill Madison St W-B INCIDENT DETAILS: On May 26, 2014 at 1940 hours officers were dispatched to the area of 53 Public SQ at the Dunkin Donuts for a male being intoxicated and would not leave the store. The male description was black male with black sweater, white t-shirt, and a teal baseball at. Officers arrived on scene and observed a black male with that description sitting on a bench in front Provincial Towers. Officers identified the black male as Andrew HILL. Officers observed HILL having a slurred speech, blood shot eyes, and a staggered gate. HILL was then placed into custody for public drunkenness HILL is being cited for public drunkenness. LTSO488
