ND barbershop tour of the ag commissioner campaign continues. Ricks Barbershop of Lisbon. Ricks been in Lisbon 22 years, moved from Ventura County, Calif., and he and his wife love it there. Easy to understand, Lisbon is a darn nice town. Finished the evening with a good gathering of supporters at the beautiful Veterans Home gazebo. I always appreciated the state Veterans Home, the home of heroes.
