NEED FILM GEAR? AND A DIRECTOR? Ive got a deal for you. Im a director from North Vancouver looking to sink my teeth into more projects to finish getting the minutes required to apply to the Directors Guild of Canada. This post is aimed for the up-and-comers out of film school or those that cant afford gear but have a project and a team (minus a Director). Im not looking to provide an entire crew, thats on your end but I do have my own people whove worked with me on past projects who often help out. I will provide the majority of the gear needed to actually film something, no rental fees required. You help me, I help you. I have a full kit of gear available to film with. Im willing to let you use this gear for free, as long as your willing to let me direct. I dont require you to be extremely experienced, just eager and professional. I was formerly an indie DOP after film school around 5 years ago but the past 2 years I have been focusing on directing.
