NEVER FORGET We Homeschool and were already in school but for some reason ( I cant remember why, it was not normal) we had turned on the TV and saw the news about the Pentagon incident ( it wasnt known yet that it was a Terrorist attack) As we watched, my husband, who was in Sales at the time , was on the road and had called ! I was talking to him as the news of the first Tower came on ! Again, they did not know , yet, that it was indeed a Terrorist attack ! I watched ( and all three of my children - the youngest was 4 , oldest 12 watched) as the second building was hit live on TV ! We continued to watch in shock as the buildings , one after the other , fell ! Tears are welling up even now as I remember that life changing day ! :( Our world was forever changed that day ! We , as Americans Had to recognize our frailty ! My heart still aches for all those who lost their lives that day and for the loved ones left behind to mourn ! Every time I think of that day - I picture the Desperate attempts of the victims to flee the burning by jumping from the fire ! The thought of burning out weighed the thought of death by jumping ! How many jumped into another flame for eternity? :( It sure worked in my heart to witness more to people about His plan of Salvation for them ! How many have Still not heard about His love and provision for their eternity ?? How many have not walked the Road to Salvation !? Sad that so many lost their lives on 9/11/2001 Tragedy that so many lost their ability to turn to Christ because Christians lost their desire to see souls saved ! I will not be one ! ( Lord , help me not be one) There is only ONE Way - Gods Way ! HAVEYOU WALKED THAT ROAD ?? If Not - take it TODAY ! You Never know when YOUR 9/11 will be !
