NEW 4th SAUCE CREATED! I am delighted to announce that I have created a 4th sauce, a Mango & Scotch Bonnet Chilli Sauce. The heat is somewhere between the Jalapeno and Hot Pepper Sauces, with lots of Mango sweetness, so is ideal for those who prefer their hot sauces to be not deadly-hot and to have some sweet flavours. Other ingredients are Garlic, Coriander, Colmans Mustard, Salt, and Malt Vinegar. I have no labels for the bottles yet, these should be ready in a few weeks or so. If you would like a free bottle, I have 10 unlabelled bottles to give away to Facebook likers only and will be taking them to my stall at Blakeney Farmers Market tomorrow 10-3.
