NEW BALCONY/VIP SEATING POLICY - We intend to reopen the balcony - TopicsExpress

NEW BALCONY/VIP SEATING POLICY - We intend to reopen the balcony this weekend, pending completion of repairs. We cannot promise we will be ready by this weekend, as auditorium and equipment maintenance are taking priority. As the owner and strategic vision for the theater, I desire to preserve all lost aspects of attending a show, including special seating. I do apologize for any problems this may cause. It is necessary however, due to the sins of a few. Overall, respect for the theater is extremely high. 1) Free refills are eliminated. These free refills tend to go to waste (the reason we do not sell ultra-mega-size anything), and end up on our floor and premium seating. Watch next weeks Annual State of the Theater Letter from Ed explaining we are not increasing ANY prices in 2015. 2) We will require the recording of a valid drivers license number, name, and state. Any damages will be recorded and turned over to Upper Perk Police District and we may press charges. 3) Reservations/buy-outs are encouraged but not required. We never hope to take action on #2. We just want to remind certain guests that they are in a Historic Landmark. Wed appreciate being treated as you would treat any 90 year old. We thank you all for understanding and look forward to having the Grand turn 100 very soon. Sincerely and emphatically, Ed Buchinski, President/CEO Grand Theater 1924 Never Looked so Good!
