Under FSTC- Applicants are placed greater emphasis on PRACTICAL TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE rather than Formal Education... Philippine High school or Elementary Graduates are welcome as long as Applicants meet/comply the 4 basic requirements...English language proficiency test- CELPIP or IELTS, 2 two years work experience in your trade, etc. ... Besides, you need also to meet AIT requirements - Like 4.5 years work experience as welder, pipefitter, ironworker, heavy mechanics, structural steel and plate fitter, boilermaker, crane operator, concrete finisher/mason,, etc. or 6 years work experience as electrician, millwright, plumber, instrument technician, carptenter/scaffolder, etc NOTE Because this is new and no backlog - PROCESSING TIME FOR FSTC IMMIGRATION PROGRAM TAKES ONLY 6 MONTHS more or less
