NEW CLASSES!! Boot Camp Are you ready to change up your workout routine for an intense 45 minute workout taught by a certified instructor? Boot camp will consist of small group training incorporating cardio, weight training and core strengthening into the workout. This will be an advanced level class that will push your limits and get the most out of your workout! Instructor: Paul Barduson Paul has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science and Spanish from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD. ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) Certified Health and Fitness Specialist Cost: Y-Members TRY it for FREE from NOV 11 –Dec 19th! (Future classes will have a participant Fee) GREAT for Small Groups: Minimum of 2 people, Maximum of 6 REGISTRATION IS A MUST! AND sign up today! Times: (Classes will me 2x per week!) • Monday & Wed– 5:45-6:30am • Tuesday & Thursdays 5:30-6:15pm or 6:30-7:15pm Yoga Yoga for Beginners: This class is for you if you’ve thought about trying yoga but haven’t done it yet or you enjoy a slower pace to your yoga practice! Whether you’re looking for a way to increase flexibility or decrease tension, you will find it in this hour of beginner’s yoga. Learn: basic yoga poses, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Vinyasa Yoga: This class is for you if you’re hoping to get more of a workout from your yoga class. This class is “Vinyasa” style, which just means linking breath with movement! ALL-LEVELS: come join us whether you’ve never been on a yoga mat or you’re an expert- there’s something for everyone! Come ready to move, breathe, and sweat, as we increase strength and flexibility of body and mind! Instructor: Sandra Maurer Sandra has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Art Therapy from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. She has had 12 years of yoga experience! She has taught Prenatal Yoga, Beginning Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, etc. Yoga certification from Yoga Life Institute in Wayne, PA. Times: Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:15 p.m. Multi-Purpose Room
