NEW FACEBOOK PAGE IS CAMPAIGNING FOR THE WORDS ROYAL AND BRITISH TO RETURN The dropping, of those two magnificent words Royal and British from the brand name of the British Legion in Scotland, was a deliberate attack on Britishness. Maybe one day we shall find out that the SNP put them up to it and that the British Legion Scotland has been their poodle in this affair. What makes this stink even more, is that it has been reported that the British Legions membership in Scotland - all areas, all branches - were NOT consulted.The new name was simply declared to members - like an EU directive.
