[NEW MADE-IN-JAPAN PRODUCTS] Portable Practice Mutes for Trumpet, Trombone & French Horn Dear brass players in European countries, last month when I visited Tokyo, I found these mutes which were just released. Called OKURA + MUTE hand-made by a professional trumpet player from Japan. These mutes are rapidly spread and becoming famous between the professional and amateur players of Japan right now. He is just doing this besides his main job (trumpet playing) and actually not interested in making this bussiness too big in the future. He even says that he will surely stop producing them when there is no more materials available through the current route. He is going to be more than happy if any of major mute companies takes over with the new ideas of his mutes. So what I am saying is ... his mutes wont be for sale for a long time! I personally think these are good products, though one-by-one-hand-made, and would gladly like to introduce his mutes to you in Europe. Right now I am in contact with him and he says he would like to make some more mutes for the players in Europe as well!! I find that you can play almost in tune (in my opinion any mute highers the intonation, but his mute highers relatively much less), very light as they are made mainly of soft plastic and much lower priced. The ones for tenor and bass trombones fit in the bell totally. I have already got one for myself, with the sponge part of which I can see that it was hand-made :) If you would like me to order one for you, please send me a message with which one in which color you would like to have, how many, postcode and address, by 23:59 of the 27 of April!! (Since some of my friends already want ones, please allow me to put this deadline!
