NEW RELEASES THIS WEEK: (A special thanks to Alex Low before we post this updated look at this weeks releases): To start we have Liam Neeson in A Walk Amongst The Tombstones as a private investigator hired by a drug lord to find out who killed his wife. Based on the best-selling books by Lawrence Block about PI Matt Scudder, it couldnt have been better cast, if you ask Block, who wanted Neeson in the role since he watched Michael Collins Jeff Bridges, Meryl Streep and Brandon Thwaites star in The Giver. In an almost Utopian Society a young man comes to question the reality of the life he lives. Magic In The Moonlight is the latest Woody Allen comedy. Colin Firth plays a magician who is hired to unmask a fraudulent spiritualist, Emma Stone, but is she really a fraud or is his judgement being clouded by her charms? Zach Braff writes, directs and stars in Wish I Was Here, a comedy about 35 year old Aidan Bloom, actor, husband, father, and a man on the brink of a midlife crisis who begins to reconnect with himself when home schooling his two children. Next we have Think Like A Man Too, stand up king Kevin Hart joins the cast of the first movie for a wedding in Las Vegas, the romantic weekend planned was maybe a bit hopeful with these guys around. And this week sees Disney release its first Bollywood movie with Khoobsurat based on The Princess Diaries bringing Comedy and Romance together with a royal theme. We also have a special screening of Al Pacinos version of Salome and Wilde Salome this Sunday at 4pm, Pacino not only writes the screenplay adaptation of Oscar Wildes controversial play but directs and stars in the movie too with Jessica Chastain. Following the screening there will be a live broadcast of a Q&A with Al Pacino hosted by Stephen Fry. Book all of these and many more at cineworld.co.uk
