*** NEW REQUIREMENT *** PROJECT COORDINATOR WITH PHARMA REQUIREMENT #13-00883 RECRUITER: CINDI PISNOY JOB LOCATION: PLAINSBORO, NJ SEPTEMBER 25, 2013 Project Description: • Manage the implementation and consistent delivery of projects to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and expectations of quality • Work with clients, developers, and vendors to determine requirements • Create and manage project budget versus actual expenditures (capital and expense) • Create and manage work breakdown structure and scheduled project plan • Manage and supervise project team resources • Develop critical path analysis for project implementation • Responsible for business change management, including business process redesign, training, Standard Operating Procedures • Manage project scope and timeline through formal change management processes • Manage project issues and risks through standard issue/risk process • Communication to stakeholders • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties • Ensure compliance with required controls Project Responsibilities: • Strong Microsoft Project skills (Outlook mail/calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Experience with infrastructure and system integration is a nice to have. • Communicates project information to project managers, program manager, and other key stakeholders • Serves as the primary point of contact for all communications internal to the program, and responsible for executing the internal program communication plan. Excludes the communications managed by marketing and communication services. • Maintain the integrated program schedule with IM project managers, leads and program manager. Review PMO-level milestones and checkpoints with owners and escalate issues/risks appropriately. • Assists in other routine project and program management tasks and activities • Preparation for status team meetings (Core, IM, Cross Tower, Steering Committee, Top 10 and other key Leadership updates) as per the internal communication plan. Includes meeting agenda, meeting minutes, action items, status reports. • Maintain and report on the program budget and actuals by coordinating this with a program financial analyst, IM project manager, and program manager • Serves as the primary point of contact for all communications internal to the PMO and responsible for executing the internal program communication plan • Accountable for ensuring that project team members create all required project deliverables in a timely manner • Responsible for collaborating with other project managers of large IT initiatives to ensure cross-alignment of schedules where dependencies may exist • Follow client project framework and IT service delivery model for the program • Validate that proper deliverable and phase containment is occurring where required, e.g., signoffs are scheduled and completed, dependent deliverables are completed, phase plans are completed, and entry/exit criteria are agreed to by PMO before the phase starts/ends Required Skills: • Strong MS Project experience • Experience working on large, IT and Pharma, projects This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
