NEWS FLASH: From Carriage Horse Cruelty: Representatives from the NY Daily News are giving out stickers at the hack line. When asked what it was about, the DN rep said the mayor WANTS TO SEND THE HORSES TO BE KILLED FOR DOG MEAT. This is Daily News right wing propaganda - a total lie. We know that there is currently a turnover of about 71 horses a year with no accountability by the drivers. Why isnt the DN concerned about that? Answer - this is not about the horses. This is about the right wing ideology. When this ban happens, it will be the first time ever that the horses will be saved.
