NEWS – CHEF CHRISTOPHER HACHE DALLAS - July 11-19 Join us this month as Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek says bonjour to guest chef Christopher Hache from Rosewood Hotels and Resorts’ Parisian jewel, the famed Hôtel de Crillon. Chef Hache will partner with Dallas’ favorite Frenchman, Chef Bruno Davaillon, to create a collaborative tasting menu showcasing the best of French-Texas fusion. The majestic Hôtel de Crillon, currently closed for renovation and slated to reopen in 2015, is emblematic of French luxury. Hache earned a Michelin star at the Crillon before the hotel closed for renovation in 2013 and will be guest chef in the Mansion Restaurant Friday, July 11, through Saturday, July 19. “During my time in Dallas, I’ve come to love Texas ingredients and flavors, and I’m looking forward to partnering with Christopher on a very French-Texas menu,” Chef Davaillon said. “Some menu items will be classically French, and others will have a Texas flair. It’s going to be a lot of fun.” Chefs Davaillon and Hache will spend time in the kitchen and dining room together July 11-19 crafting a six-course tasting menu that reflects the best of the Hôtel de Crillon and the Dallas dining scene.
