NIGERIAN MUSLIMS, HOW DO WE FOUND OURSELVES IN THESE MESSY SITUATIONS? Assalam allaykum. My Brothers and Sisters, my prayer request in this period of holy month of Ramadan is: whatever has been our impediments in Nigeria be it inform of human beings (leaders or followers), aljannu, external/internal conspiracies, sins and other shortcomings should be removed by Allah completely. Allah has done this for us before but we immediately misused the opportunities. This time around those who will make us miss the opportunity should never be given the chance. Amen. Every single life matters to Allah as our Creator and may He reward everyone of them lost innocently violent with martyership and accept them into aljannah. We should know that no amount of intelligence or security precautions of ordinary mortals surpasses that Allah. But we cannot have the blessings of Allah protections unless we do His biddings. We all know how we have been very arrogant to Allah in this part of the world. Those who suppose to be the torch bearers have always been found wanton one way or the other. It does not exclude you and I, Muslims and non-Muslims alike. We seem to be all guilty and continue to live in denials and deceits. At the same time wars, insurgents and no amount of self-terrors can solve the problems faced by us in Nigeria and the world at large unless through the mercy of Allah. We Muslims must wake up and show the world that we are actually the best of Creatures not through mere talks but by our physical, well articulated procedures and plan of actions. We should always remember that every actions of ours will be matched with a million reactions either from other Muslims and non-Muslims alike. We supposed to have realized this earlier but we keep deceiving ourselves blaming others for calamities we could have prevented by just BEING UPRIGHT and do the right things always! We have failed in our duties by refusing to propagate Islam through our various behaviors and actions, thereby creating insurmountable problems for other Muslims who wanted to at least live humbly. We have improvised them and cornered state wealth given freely by Allah just because we are able to steal power and authority from them. We moved around blowing sirens intimidating everybody and ambulancing ourselves while still alive. We are involved in almost every other things we were warned to run away from as stated in the Quran and the Hadiths of our Prophet Muhammed, may peace upon him. We have not been able to show that we are different from OTHERS because we sometime surpass them in acts of impunity. We all need peace but we are at personal war with our inner soul for worldly sake. What do we do with our accumulated wealth when some of us cant even go home to see our relatives and coupled with fact that DEATH is very certain. Empty we came to this world and so shall we return back to Allah to give account. May we never regret coming to this world when we finally meet with Allah. Amen. In some other climes, our current situation would have been a CHANGER for us but alas, we remain adamant pretending to be blind, deaf and dumb. We normally forget that those who lost their lives in various bomb blast did not plan to die that way. They are just victims of circumstances. You and I are just luck not to be at that vicinity. My Brothers and Sisters, what would have happened if Sheik Dahiru Bauchi and Gen Buhari died from those bomb blasts in Kaduna yesterday? We all know that NOTHING PRACTICALLY would happen! The blame game will continue and we shall once again carry our problems to the door step of either Ruling or Opposition party or somebody, somewhere will claim responsibility while we continue to live with the traumas waiting for the next victims. LET US BE MUSLIMS and the solutions will naturally come Insha Allah. Maa Salam.
