NO LONGER GET CONFUSE AGAIN... THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF HAS GIVEN US THE UNDERSTANDING: TRINITY - THE NATURE OF GOD. (Part 1). [1] In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. [2] Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. [3] And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light (Genesis 1:1-3 NIV). This is the beginning of the Bible. To be precise, the first three verses. The Word translated God is ELOHIM. Literally translated, Elohim is the plurality of El; where El means God. Hence, if translated literally, it should denote Gods. But the God of Israel is ONE, and not many: [4] Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. [5] Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength (Deuteronomy 6:4-5 NIV). If God is called ELOHIM, which literally means GODS; and yet God is ONE; then nothing could be true about the nature of our God, apart from the fact that HE IS ONE IN THREE PERSONS. This is the basis for the TRINITY. One night in 2006, at about 1:00 am, I stood in the parking lot of a church that was just across the street from where I lived, praying, in Jacksonville, Florida. In those days I asked God while praying to show me how HE is like. One time HE told me, I AM FIRE that sits upon HIS THRONE. HE spoke to me in my mothers tongue, which is the Akan language of Ghana. HE said: ME ye ogya a ote na hengua so. Those who know the Akan language can read what I have written. Another time HE whispered to me in both English and in the Akan languages and said: I want you to teach about the TRINITY. Tell everybody that if they want to understand My nature or how I exists, they should first understand how I created Adam and Eve. I AM GOD: I AM able to do anything. HE continued to tell me that, just as I took part of Adam and made that part into Eve; so also I took MY WORD and birthed HIM into MY SON; and MY SPIRIT into the HOLY SPIRIT. HE said, First make them understand that Adam and Eve came from ONE ADAM. In the same way, I AM ONE. I gave birth to MY WORD AS MY SON; AND TO MY SPIRIT AS MY HOLY SPIRIT. Then HE kept repeating, I AM God, and I AM able to do anything. In the Akan HE said: ME ye Onyankropon, na ME tumi ade nyinaa ye. To anyone who is reading this: I want you to know that, to be able to understand Gods Nature, which is depicted in the theological terminology called TRINITY, you have to first understand what the Bible means by: God created man in HIS image and in HIS likeness: [26] Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” [27] So God created mankind in his own image,in the image of God he created them;male and female he created them (Genesis 1:26-27 NIV). Until a person understands this Scripture; he/she cannot understand almost every work of God. Also, consider the statement: And God said, Let US create man in OUR image; and in OUR likeness. 1. The Word translated God in this verse is ELOHIM; literally means Gods. Or the plurality of El. 2. Who is God speaking to, when HE says: Let US make mankind in OUR image; and in OUR likeness. There has to be more than ONE PERSON. If the NAME of God used in the Creation Scriptures is ELOHIM; which is the plural of God; and yet God is ONE; then God is saying that I exist as ONE GOD; but in THREE PERSONS as Jesus declares in Matthew 28:19; [19] Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Matthew 28:19 NIV).
