**NO MORE FLAPPY ARMS** Wanna get rid of some arm jiggle? Its time to work those triceps. One of the most effective tricep exercises are dips! You can do them on a chair, a bench, or on the floor. 1. Position your hands shoulder width on a stable chair or bench. 2. Slide your butt off the front of the chair with your legs at a 90 degree angle. 3. Slowly bend your elbows to lower your body towards the floor until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. Be sure to keep your back close to the chair. 4. Once you reach the bottom of the movement, press down and straighten your elbows by returning to the starting position. 5. Remember to keep your shoulders down as you raise and lower your body. To make this harder, extend your feet farther away from the chair or lift one leg off of the floor!
