NORSACA do the general public know what is going on within this charitable organisation? NO this is going to be a business this new CEO Jane Howson who has taken over has just cut wages taken out holidays and asking staff to work more hours for less pay, so that she can make what used to be charitable into to a business. these people work hard to keep it all together short staffed as 33% of staff off due to injuries or work related stress no RMSs for each child as each child has their own problems, No COSSH data why do we have to put up with this all in favour please like this in urgent need of your support you cant change what used to be a charity into a business to earn bonuses for the rich. this is a caring and benevolent charity. that was supported by Nottingham council. I hope that all the parents and cares read this as this is a warning of what is to come!!!!!!.........
