NORTH RICHMOND TRAFFIC CRAWL Traffic was banked up several kilometres west along Bells Line of Road this morning. The bumper-to-bumper bank up stretched from the bridge up the hill to Kurmond, angering motorists caught in the peak hour crawl. The Gazette can report there were no accidents along this stretch of road. According to authorities its just the result of heavy traffic in the area. To ease conditions, the traffic control centre changed the phase of the lights at the Terrace and Grose Vale roads intersection. Police were expected to attend the area also.
