NOTICE.....CHANGE IN THE FORMER SPEC CLONE CLASS....IN AN ATTEMPT TO SAVE THE CLASS...WE HAVE MADE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES....WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU ANY MORE ROOM THAN THIS GUYS AND GALS!!! S/A CLONE: MUST APPEAR STOCK FROM THE OUTSIDE!!!! 6.5 OHV 196cc clone engine (any color) any fuel Any clutch allowed Cylinder Head Requirements: Clone cylinder head....Stock size valves only... Bore and Stroke: Stock bore is 2.685” and may be over bored to 2.718” No piston popup Stroke is 2.123” +.010 or -.005”. Carburetor Requirements: Stock Appearing Huayi OR RUI*ING.... No Honda Carbs… Must bolt on head as configured stock. All other items are non tech… Piston Requirements:...max .30 over.. Connecting Rod: Billet aluminum rod. STOCK LENGTH ONLY!!!! Crankshaft Requirements: Stock, factory crankshaft only with stock, factory timing gear in factory location. Timing gear may be tack-welded to crankshaft in 2 places to avoid slippage. No modifications to crankshaft allowed. (No ceramic bearings). Crankshaft Journal diameter is 1.180”…1.168” min. Block Requirements: Stock Block, as cast and produced . Block head matting surface may be machined, however, no piston pop out is allowed. Blocks may be welded for repairs as long as the repair does not constitute a functional modification to the block. No welding to block from cooling fins upward to deck surface. Governor stub hole may be tapped and plugged or used to vent the block. All bolt bosses in block may be drilled and tapped for repairs or other uses. Stock sidecover only. No aftermarket. Block may be vented... Ignition system: Box Stock system only and must be unaltered. Kill switch and low oil sensor may be disabled and removed. Flywheel: ARC model 6619 only... **** No stock flywheels.****** Header and Muffler Requirements: Header and muffler of choice….muffler must work with no missing baffles. WEIGHT.....350LBS
