NOTICE: City of Lusaka fans will this Sunday (21/12/14) hold a meeting at Woodlands Stadium in Lusaka at 14: 00 hours where an executive committee for soccer fans will be elected or appointed, the executive will spearhead the opening of a bank account with Zanaco which will go towards the plight of our players during the 2015 soccer season and beyond. We, are therefore requesting all City of Lusaka die-hard fans to attend this important meeting which will help in ensuring that we the fans, play our part in taking our legendary club to the Super League in 2016. The main agenda is to open a bank account but there is no harm in discussing any other business related to our famous club. The club chairman Mr Charles Kaisala and the secretary Mr Sunday Chikange and other executive members In Sha Allah (God willing) will attend the meeting. In Sha Allah (God willing), I will be in Lusaka on Saturday ahead of the meeting on Sunday. Let us invite all our fans who are not on face book to attend this meeting. Let us also observe time as we will have people coming as far as Nakonde, Zambezi, Chavuma, Mwinilunga, Mongu, Kaoma, Shangombo, Senaga, Solwezi, Kitwe, Ndola, Chingola, Mansa, Chiengi, Nchelenge, Chadazi, Kabwe, Isoka, Chinsali, Chipata, Livingstone, Choma, Mazabuka, Kafue, Monze, Kalomo, Zimba Chililabombwe, Chirundu, Luangwa and other far places attending the meeting and they will have to return to their respective destinations just after the meeting. We need the input of every City fan. Those who want to be signatories to the account should come with two recent passport each, NRCs which must be photo copied both front and back- kindly take time to read the two documents from the bank belong and make sure we come with the items that are listed so that we can open the account on Monday. Kindly, note that, we are not holding this meeting to take to task anyone for any reason and I must emphasize colleagues that this meeting is not for settling scores, it is a family gathering meant at helping the club financially, there will be no name calling at this assembly. I do not expect anyone to harass or do anything to our brothers and sisters who are running the club under difficulty conditions, in any case it is a dialogue gathering. We have to respect other peoples opinion. Outsiders or should I say our stakeholders, fans from other clubs within and out side Zambia are welcome to attend this meeting, we equally need their input.
