NOVEMBER 15-16. PLAN TO COME. SUBJECTS INCLUDE: GODLY Character, Attitudes, Moods, and the Atmosphere you carry. Did you know that people carry atmospheres? Often they do not know that they have this stmosphere that feels odd, and you just wonder about them? They can teach, preach, sing, Prophecy, watch the information booth, sit in the office as a direct Rep. the Pastor , come to the prayer meetings and appear real spiritual but in reality can be very devicive and usually have an agenda for getting a platform that is built through insecrity. They have not come through the transformation process that deals with past issues like: Anger, jealously, intimidation, envy, unforgivness, unable to hold their tongue is check, denial, cant follow Bibical protocol because of pride, self approval. They usually leave what I call BREAD CRUMBS behind that are obvious and yet do not seem to realize that this trail will eventually be their undoing AGAIN---THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. WHY DO WE SEE SO MUCH DIVISION TODAY? WHY SO MUCH SELF FOCUS AND SELF DEFENSE? WHY ARE WE CONSTANTLY trying to Close doors ( from conflicting with others). I have had Pastors share with me during my leaders Training week with them about: Tis division in the office, this confliction Always stirring, but cant get their finger on where it is coming from etc etc...One Pastor asked me to come to His office and minister to the Leadership. I didnt want to go, feeling this uncomfortable thing in my stomach. Yep! His Top leadership! When the gifts began to work, OIE OIE. The Sect. had been saying negative things about Pastors wife, and alot of division had taken Control, but was unable to be identified clearly. This Pastor was an awsome Man of God and excellent Pastor. He was a man of prayer, but just could not get a hold from where the trouble was coming from. She fessed up, and the Pastors wife cried and released her heart. This evil was broken and inity restored. Once in Sweden I was having a session with the Leadership The Pastor was my translator. I stopped and raised my voice. Odd! You dont do that in Sweden. The Pastors Eyes looked like they would pop out. She had to have a jolt! That is what it took! But He had brought me for those Days and wanted God to do something in His Leadership. He had not said a Word to me, and as far as I was concerned He had an awsome leadership! I said WHO IS DOING THE TALKING, GOSSIP, WHO?. ALL OF A SUDDEN, THIS WOMAN STOPPED HER FEET AND YELLED OUT ME. She admitted that she had been talking ( complaining) to others which was clearly gossip. Spreading her opinipn as talk and complaint, useing her position as a leader to win over others that obviously had not learned Bibical protocol, or were not mature enought to follow it. She was infecting others and bringing this cloud into the meetings that brought division, and stirred up more of the same over others that also had that unholy potential. She did not follow Bibical protocol in the least. She had some time to reflect and Think about it ( She was caught and exposed). That following Sunday she blew at Church, from the praise team. She admitted her terrible attitude, and sought deliverence. She made a public confession and asked for forgivness. We had a glorious meeting. People were running and crying and a Spirit of cleansing brought a great joy from that victory! People were free from that longtime cloud of division. Running and shouting like that is not usual in Sweden, but that day, it was a home run! This is going on everywere. The Ministry is so taken up with flesh, along with all the energy that goes with it, so much so that: Most of what we experience is people coming and going, promises and breaking them, but no real focus on Spiritual growth, and Evangelism results. Gods Glory speaks much about Who we are and how it lines up with Gods Nature. The Church today needs a Character Adjustment. We need to be re-aligned to the Head in thought, word ( Bibical protocol) and deed. Many today are about their own agendas. They cannot understand proper boundaries and how to operate differently, depending on the setting. Everything is an attack and the focus becomes flesh. Infact, the issue becomes THEM even when it is not! They suppose Everything is about them, and get an over-inflated ( to puff up with pride) head. The unity of the Body of Christ has much to do with truthfulness, righteousness and a clear sightedness in terms of understanding why we do what we do and say what we say. This Spirit of Cleansing is being released so that true Repentance can be realized. If ever the Church needed healing from division, untruthfulness, self worship, a Spirit of offense that actually blinds from the truth and personal deliverence, it is NOW! God is truly releasing the Spirit of Holiness ( Burning) over His people so that we can be realigned for CHANGE! Hallelujah! Then we will be able to not only Receive the Harvest, but Keep it! If this cleansing does not happen, this deception about self focus will only get worse, and the division will increase. Thus, causing more of the same and an infiltration of the Body of Christ that will cause many to stumble. We NEED qualified, tested and approved Ledership today! Alot of PEOPLE JUST DONT GET IT! People DO NOT want to be tested and examined today! They do however covet to lead and have that platform! People find it easier to run, or blame or stirr things up than to submit to the qualifications of Gods Word for leading. THE HARVEST IS RIPE, BUT so much of the Body is unfruitful because of insecurity, and vain imaginations. In the last Days an UNCOVERING is going to take Place. This must happen to expose what is not of the Lord. Prophetic Words that do not line up with the heart of God, and the Mixes that are causing great confusion. Gods people need to be single-eyed and full of the Spirit of Truth so that Gods sheep will not be led into flesh agendas that stem from areas of self that refuse to be transformed. The Body is in great need of reliable leadership. Not only able to lead up front, but behide the scenes, behind the back, and from pure motive. Come out and be a part of teachings that will go to the heart of issues that are causing Gods people to stumble and be led into the divisions that are keeping Christs Glory hidden. HOPE TO SEE YOU!
