NPC works according to plan. 1) Create the community with like-minded people who share the same vision. 2) Create enterprises and own them. 3) Strengthen the community and start looking out the island. 4) Grow NPC across the globe, according to local culture and norms. 5) Implement the final transition plan. It is actually a slow plan. But the more people we have, the stronger we become. Any other enterprises that fall out of the way have to fade into history. Unfortunately that is how it is. I know about competition of resources. It is not optional, but mandatory.
