All applying candidates should note that the scholarship awardsis open to all qualified and interested second year undergraduates of Nigerian Public Universities. Qualifications All applying candidates/Applicants should note that for them t be qualified for NPDC seplat scholarship, they must be second (2nd) year students in Federal and State Universities in Nigeria. ALL Applicants must have at least 5 O’ level credit passes including English and Mathematics at not more than one sitting.
