NRM yet to approve rules on primaries. NRM is yet to approve rules to govern candidates aspiring for its ticket in different political elective offices come 2016 general elections. NRM deputy secretary general and Nwoya county MP, Richard Todwong says the Central Executive Committee and National Executive Council are yet to come up with the party election road map. Some of the recommendations of rules include; a requirement that all those seeking the NRM ticket in elections have to prove membership of not less than 5 years and parliamentary aspirants to pay a non- refundable fee of 5million shillings.
