Name: Allan-------- Message:My last cruise was on the Sensation where I was rudely told by employees that my beloved wife could not take up her hobby of flying kites. We wanted to do this from the ship in port but were told we could not. I know when the ship is moving at sea that this would not be possible but why could we not do it while the ship was docked in port. In two weeks we will be on the Pride and need permission to fly the kite when the ship is docked so can this be done? I cruise date is January 4 and I booking number is ****** For obvious reasons we cannot allow them to do this on the ship should the kite get caught in any of the ships equipment or indeed the smoke stack. They are on a western Caribbean cruise to Cozumel, the Cayman Islands, Belize et cetera. I wondered if anyone had ever taken a kite and try to fly in these ports and if they know of any restrictions. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated before I reply. Cheers
