Names have been released of those involved in the fatal accident on U.S. 20 by Northridge High School. Carolyn Moses, 55, of Middlebury, was killed when her Pontiac G6 was struck from behind by Davin Steurer, 17, of Middlebury. Mosess Pontiac was pushed into the path of an oncoming semi, driven by Carl Forgery, 68, of Camden, Ind. The semi struck Mosess vehicle, flipped on its side and caught fire. The crash is being investigated by the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department Crash Investigation Team, no citations were issued at the time of the incident.
