Nancy Pearcey, professor of apologetics and scholar in residence, participated in filming Unashamed World, a documentary that chronicles the Unashamed Movement with Christian hip hop artist Lecrae. When Reach Records began work on the film four years ago, Lecrae recommended that the team read Pearceys book Total Truth to get a better understanding of what it means to bring a Christian worldview into all of life, including pop culture. The filming was done against a backdrop of artwork by Meredith Richey, a graduate of the HBU Master of Fine Arts program (and soon-to-be adjunct professor).
