Nasarawa State commences implementation of all whitepapers. His Excellency Umaru Tanko Almakura has sounded a serious warning for those that think they could perpetrate heinous acts of criminality and go scot free. He noted that Government was on track to track them to wherever they decide to run to. He made this known during an APC stakeholder meeting at the Government House Lafia, where he said 50 people had been killed in Igga recently ,disclosing that crime and criminality have no place in Nasarawa State, stating that they cannot continue to see people being killed as governments first priority was the protection of lives and property of the citizenry. He said the situation if not contained in time, it could lead people to live in absolute lack of confidence , distress and despair. Gov. Almakura revealed that the full implementation of the white paper has begun. He said his government would do everything possible to fish out the criminals, as the state would not condole any form militia.
