National Day of prayers Please join us as the ICMC participates in this year’s 63rd Annual National Day of Prayer. Time; 11:50 am Sharp. Date: Thursday, May 1, 2014 Where: Municipal Building, Denville Township 1 St. Mary’s Place, Denville, NJ 07834 This will be a short function where representatives from different faiths will offer very short prayers for peace, harmony and collaboration. Event is free and open to all. This will be the second time the ICMC is invited to attend and be part of the ceremony. Light refreshments will follow. The theme for the 2014 commemoration is, “One Voice, United in Prayer,” emphasizing the need for individuals, corporately and individually, to place their faith in the unfailing character of their Creator, who is sovereign over all governments, authorities, and men. Millions of people will gather to pray at thousands of events facilitated by our volunteer coordinators and people just like you. The Islamic center of Morris County will be represented by Imam Adel and Dr. Aref Assaf, Outreach Director. Please join us.
