National: PM to perform ground-breaking ceremony of Hazara Motorway on Nov 29 Hazara Motorway will reduce the drive time from Islamabad to Havelian to just 30 minutes. Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will perform the ground-breaking ceremony of the Hazara Motorway on November 29th. A statement issued in Islamabad on Saturday says this important road link part of Pakistan China Economic Corridor agreement is comprising of sixty kilometer long four-lane will cost thirty one billion rupees. Hazara Motorway will reduce the drive time from Islamabad to Havelian to just 30 minutes along with providing road infrastructure to the Havelian Dry Port project as well. Besides, on completion the project will usher an era of development in the region and hundreds of thousands employment opportunities will also be created.
