National surveys show that retirement communities across the country are upgrading their residential dining experiences to rival some of the best local restaurants. At our Duplantier Restaurant the menu and ambience reflect the sophisticated tastes of our diners. At a recent dinner, Emily Braud, Executive Director, enjoyed grilled swordfish topped with lump crabmeat, finished with hollandaise sauce and grill asparagus. The review: Yum. :-) Thanks for Sharing!
