Naval rarities delivered to the Presidential Library for digitization The Presidential Library is scanning rare books from the library of the Naval Academy n. a. Soviet Union Navy Admiral Kuznetsov. There will be digitized marine albums and atlases, maps of the seabed and coast, issued in the 18th – 20th centuries. Most of the books need careful handling, to work on them one has to put gloves on. For example, the earliest of the delivered editions is the "General and Various special maps of the whole Baltic Sea" of Nils Krone.
