Nebraska. Wow. So much going through my head after watching this great movie. It wont win best picture. If I had a vote, I probably wouldnt vote for it myself. But this film resonated with me on so many other levels. If you grew up in a small town and left for big city life, this film is for you. If you have only ever lived in a big city, this film is for you. If youve ever sat in utter silence with extended family members in front of the television, this film is for you. If youve ever witnessed or participated in ridiculous family squabbles over money, this film is for you. Most importantly, if youve ever witnessed a parent or grandparent growing older, this film is most definitely for you. I cannot recommend this film enough.
