Need Help ASAP - We rescued a dog last night from a kill shelter in Hamilton through the Mississauga Human Society. Stanley was next in line to be euthanized. I am currently fostering him, but am a bit over-whelmed. He’s about 1 – 2yrs old, about 85lbs, hes great with cats – ignores them, seems playful with dogs, and although he seems to like my little guy, he plays a bit too rough with him. He also is quite strong so I could not walk him on a leash. He literally dragged me around - especially when he saw another dog. However, Alicia (Jellys Mom) was able to do so, and fell in love with him today, but is also unable to keep him. Mississauga humane society is getting him neutered and pays for all shots, food, etc… Please let me know if interested in fostering this guy or please forward to anyone that is able to provide a foster home for him. Im not sure I can keep him too much longer, but do not want him to go back to Hamilton.
