Need a state job? Dept. of Public Welfare Job Fair in Philly July 18th The Department of Public Welfare’s Philadelphia County Assistance Office (CAO) is hosting a job fair to promote applications for Income Maintenance Caseworker, Energy Assistance Worker, and entry level clerical job titles. The Job Fair will take place on Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Philadelphia County Assistance Office in the Betsy Ross Conference Room located at 801 Market Street, 6th Flr., Philadelphia, PA. CAO staff will be present to discuss the office’s mission and the responsibilities of the positions. State Civil Service Commission recruitment representatives will be available to explain the application, testing, and hiring processes. The Philadelphia CAO has a need for people who are fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese, Cambodian or Russian languages.
