We offer the other followings for lawn care and janitorial: Lawn Care (Business, Apartments, Condos, or Residential) Bush Cutting/Mowing Blowing/Raking Grass Removal Debris Removal Tree Trimming Tree Cutting Trash Removal/Clean-up Our rates are as follow for residential: Do note that additional services may be added at no additional charge. 1/4 acre: averages $40 per lot with clean up/removal of debris 1/2 acre: averages $75 per lot with clean up/removal of debris 1 acre: averages $120 per lot cut and drop, additional $30 for clean-up/removal of debris Following rates are for Business: Small Building with 1/4 acre lot and parking lot: averages around $100 with clean-up/removal of debris/blowing/trash removal larger than 1/4 acre lot will be determined Medium Building with 1/4 acre lot and parking lot: averages around $200 with same as above Large Building with 1/4 acre lot and parking lot: averages around $300 with same as above (Prices are based upon fluctuation of traffic/people, high risk of insurance for any possible property damages, and other plants/trees on location that will need services as well that is included in package) Apartments/Condos Rates: 4 or less units: $40 per cut with clean-up to include parking lot 5 to 7 units: $80 per cut with clean-up to include parking lot 8 to 12 units: $125 per cut with clean-up to include parking lot 13 to 16 units: $175 per cut with clean-up to include parking lot 17 to 20 units: $200 per cut with clean-up to include parking lot 21 to 24 units: $250 per cut with clean-up to include parking lot 24 or more units: $300 per cut with clean-up to include parking lot Following is a list for Janitorial Cleaning Services for Maintenance (Daily, 2 - 4 times a week, and Weekly): Residential Maintenance w/furniture: *All cleaning includes, but not limited too: Vacuuming carpets, Sweeping, Mopping, Window Cleaning, Blinds Cleaning, Kitchen clean-up to include stove, cabinets, and fridge, basic wipe down of furniture, laundry room cleaning (we do not do laundry), bedrooms, and bathrooms to include mirrors, sinks, tubs/showers, and toilets. Do note that additional services may be added at no additional cost. 800 sq ft or less: $50 per visit 801 - 1000 sq ft: $60 per visit 1001 - 1200 sq ft: $70 per visit 1201 - 1400 sq ft. : $80 per visit 1401 - 1600 sq ft: $90 per visit 1601 - 1800 sq ft: $110 per visit 1801 - 2000 sq ft: $130 per visit 2001 - 2200 sq ft: $150 per visit 2201 - 2400 sq ft: $170 per visit 2401 - more sq ft: $200 per visit (can vary more or less depending on actual size) Business Maintenance Fee: Small Office Building: $30 per visit Medium Office Building: $40 per visit Large Office Building: $50 per visit Warehouse: $100 per visit Retail Stores: $75 per visit Banks: $120 per visit Medical Buildings: $140 per visit Bars: $50 per visit Residential Empty (Moving out or In): At rates will be simply set at .18 cents per sq ft. The math is simply: If you have a house that is roughly 1800 sq ft then do the following: 1800 * .18 = $324 Price may increase or decrease depending on condition of the house/unit or if certain areas will be replaced and does not require detail cleaning in that section of the house/unit. We are trained and have passed inspections for Realtor, landlords, and base housing inspectors. For all services (Lawn Care, Landscaping, or Janitorial) we do offer discounts as followed with proper I.D or Employee Badge: Military Service Members and Immediate Family (Children or Spouse with military I.D does not include relatives) Active, Reserve, or Retiree: 10% off Senior Citizens over the age of 55 with proper I.D: 5% off Coca Cola Employees: 10% Dial Rent to Own Employees: 10% off LSG Sky Chief Employees: 10% off Also we are offering Refer-a-Friend program.
